During this time, permit submissions and inspection scheduling will be temporarily disabled. Services will resume after 6:00 AM on Monday, November 3.

We are pleased to offer our community, businesses, and visitors access to our permitting services online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some portal functionality is only available after registering for an account.

The City of San Leandro is committed to delivering e-government services and provide valuable information while making interactions with us more efficient, convenient, and interactive. With an account, you may apply for a permit, check on a permit status, pay permit fees, and schedule an inspection. You can schedule an appointment online to come to the Permit Center to meet with staff to answer questions, pay fees, or view Property Records older than 1990.
