The City of Albany’s e-Permitting system is your one-stop hub for your development needs! Through e-Permitting you can apply for land use cases from Planning; erosion prevention and sediment control, enchroachment, or public improvement permits from Public Works; or your building, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical permits from Building.

Most of the services for this site will require a user account. Once logged in you will be able to access issued construction documents, schedule inspections, make applications, and create or manage a collection.
Non-registered users can use the basic functions of the system such as searching an address for cases or permits and paying fees.
