Zoning Violation
Plan scope must include all unpermitted work that has been completed.
1. Permit must be obtained for both the interior and exterior work, historic violations must be resolved before SWO can be lifted.
2. Exterior plans must match Historic approval; the historic plans depicting a rear deck and exterior conditions were not submitted;
3. Plans must depict interior access through all three levels the basement, first and second floor.
4. The porch flooring must be perpendicular, tongue and groove construction.
5. Original wood porch trim must be retained
6. Porch ceiling has been removed and must be restored as bead board construction.
