This development is complying with the Beltline Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance, 17-O-1542. Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the applicant must complete and Inclusionary Zoning Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA) provided by the Office of Housing and Community Development. After the LURA has been completed and executed, it must be submitted to the Office of Housing and Community Development.
