This development is receiving financial assistance from a Development Authority and the Affordable Housing Ordinance, #16-O-1163. Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the applicant must complete a Development Authority Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA) provided by the Office of Housing and Community Development. After the LURA has been completed and executed, it must be submitted to the Office of Housing and Community Development.
