Zoning Violation
Plan revisions are required, changes have been made to the fireplaces (two converted into one)
Second floor framing has been compromised because of the changes to the fireplace. Structural plan review is required, and engineer letter is required.
Once revisions are received, applicant must then apply for new electrical permit for house and pool, mechanical permit on the house and pool is has expired. Contact cchika@atlantaga.gov to release the hold.
