Good morning,
This ORR seeks all documents in the City’s possession related to construction at 4531 Campbellton Road Southwest, Atlanta GA 30331, EMS Station 37 (the Project) to include:
1. The contract between the City of Atlanta (COA) and Johnson-Laux Skyline, Atlanta JOC Contractors, LLC (JLS);
2. All correspondence between the COA and its architects or engineers related to the Project, specifically related to any substandard or deficient work;
3. All drafts, revisions, and the final set of drawings for the Project.
4. Documents that identify each architect or engineer who approved work, rejected work, or participated to develop the specifications for the Project;
5. All correspondence between the COA and JLS;
6. Any documents for the Project that refer, reference, or discuss the roof or ARAC Roof It Forward, LLC;
7. Any correspondence related to the COA withholding payment of any sums owed to ARAC Roof It Forward, LLC or any other subcontractor;
8. Any correspondence related to the COA withholding any payments to JLS;
9. All payment applications, lien waivers, and certifications submitted by JLS related to the Project;
10. Any inspections of the Property, punch lists, or findings of any substandard work, including correspondence with JLS about the work;
11. All documents related to whether JLS recorded a proper notice of commencement or provided subcontractors with bonding information.
