*If your license is not displaying or can't be found, your license is no longer valid or expired. once your license has been renewed, please email your updated business license for 2024, state license, and photo ID to onlineservices-oob@atlantaga.gov for processing. Our team will update your account within 24 hours.*

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER ALERT: FRAUDULENT EMAILS & PAYMENT REQUESTS

We are aware of fraudulent emails impersonating the City of Atlanta's City Planning Department requesting invoice payment. These are not from the City of Atlanta.

Before responding to any invoice or payment request:

Verify the sender's domain is @atlantaga.gov or @accela.com.
Don't click links, open attachments, or reply if it's not.
Don't submit payment.
If uncertain, contact us directly using the information on our official website.

Please report suspicious messages to your email provider as phishing. We're investigating this matter and appreciate your vigilance.
