We are pleased to offer our citizens, businesses, and visitors access to county land, permit, inspection and code enforcement information for the unincorporated area of Bernalillo County online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
*Attention Contractors*
The current (ACA)Accela Citizen Access page will convert to a new, more user friendly, redesign this Friday, the 12th.
No internal requirements have changed. Nor have user accounts been affected. If accessing from cell phone, rotate device to landscape mode for optimal performance.

You may now create a user account to schedule inspections and apply for the following permits:
Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical permits. No Building permits are accepted online at this time.
No refunds for applying for the wrong permit type. You will be charged for a new permit for the correct permit type.
Please verify if the address is in Bernalillo County's Jurisdiction by clicking this link. There will be NO REFUNDS for errors.
