New payment portal launch A new payment portal will launch on our website Friday, March 27, 2025, offering easier and more secure online payments. Service fees introduced in October 2025 will appear on your receipt within the payment portal.

Submission of paper copies All paper plans submitted to City Hall must be printed on 11" x 17" paper or smaller.
