Transportation 1. New site plan dated 11-15-21 shows proposed access locations and CDOT will coordinate with NCDOT and the petitioner for any additional comments and requirements. RESPONSE: Clip in the staff analysis does not include the Ã¢â‚¬Å“striping and existing infrastructureÃ¢â‚¬? that was provided part of the 11-15-21 revised plan. We believe this request was already addressed since we took the info from the available N Tryon construction drawings and added the dimensions. 2. A site plan note(s) specifying dedication and fee simple conveyance of all rights-of-way to the City of Charlotte and NCDOT before the siteÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s first building certificate of occupancy is issued is needed. CDOT requests rights-of-way set at 2Ã¢â‚¬â„¢ behind back of sidewalk where feasible. Ã¢â‚¬â€œ RESPONSE: Agreed, Note IV. Eleven (11) or less residential units - eligible under Chapter 10 of the City Code, as amended, for small container solid waste services. Twelve (12) or more residential units, eligible under Chapter 10 of the City Code, as amended, for large container (e.g. dumpster(s)/compactor) solid waste services; however, the property must provide a large container (e.g. dumpster(s)/compactor). Any recycling carts shall be placed near any large container (e.g. dumpster(s)/compactor). The minimum space allocation shall be an eight (8) cubic yard dumpster-type of large waste container per every thirty (30) units or an eight (8) cubic yard compactor-type of large waste container per every ninety (90) units. Required space allocation for recycling stations in multi-family developments Number of Units Allocate space for: Approximate Sq. footage required 0â€”11 No space required No space required 12â€”80 One recycling station 144 sq. ft. 81â€”160 Two recycling stations 2 Ã— 144 sq. ft.
