Per discussions between Michael Wickline and CDOT, Petitioner is willing to complete the restriping and turn lane improvements based on CDOTÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s preference, with CDOT direction to occur during permitting. 5. Agreed, added to development standards III.b.5. 6. Per correspondence with CDOT, the driveway stem cannot be extended due to the buffer and there is not a significant amount of traffic anticipated from the west side of the site since this is primarily for long term storage/RV parking. 7. Agreed, added to development standards VI.c. 8. Petitioner intends to subdivide the property so the portion in question related to the buffer will be less than 5.5 acres. The buffer width reflected on the rezoning plan is in compliance with that. If for some reason the property does not get subdivided and no variances or other mechanisms are approved, Petitioner understands that they will have to comply with buffer ordinance standards as requested.
