Building Department

NOTICE:

The Building Department is upgrading its inspection document upload process the weekend of April 4, 2024.  All inspections in the system entered prior to 12:00 PM, Thursday, April 4, 2024, will be resulted by 5:00 PM, Thursday, April 4, 2024.

Inspection documents and their associated inspections uploaded between 12:00 PM, Thursday, April 4, 2024, through 6:00 AM, Monday, April 8, 2024, will be cancelled. The upgrade will be completed at 6:00 AM, Monday, April 8, 2024. Any cancelled inspection document uploads must be re-submitted after the completion of the upgrade.

Note: To print any ACA Reports from the drop down such as Job Cards, Approved Listings, etc you must open ACA in Incognito/InPrivate browser window. Ctrl + Shift + N will open the Incognito/InPrivate browser window from Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Add Attachments for New Submittals or Inspection Documents only. For Revisions to approved plans, use the Create Amendment option on the Record Info screen. To submit Requested Plan Corrections, use the Resubmit option in the Action items on this screen.
The name of the owner who prepared the plans must be listed in a prominent location on the front sheet of each set of plans. The original signature of the owner/builder and the form required under NRS 278 and NRS 624 must accompany this information.

Note: We only accept (.PDF) with a maximum file size of (500 MB) where no document security is applied. Make sure to "flatten" your document before exporting.
