The Building Department is upgrading its inspection document upload process the weekend of April 4, 2024. All inspections in the system entered prior to 12:00 PM, Thursday, April 4, 2024, will be resulted by 5:00 PM, Thursday, April 4, 2024.

Inspection documents and their associated inspections uploaded between 12:00 PM, Thursday, April 4, 2024, through 6:00 AM, Monday, April 8, 2024, will be cancelled. The upgrade will be completed at 6:00 AM, Monday, April 8, 2024. Any cancelled inspection document uploads must be re-submitted after the completion of the upgrade.

Forgot password – If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" located below the sign in fields. The temporary password you receive via email will be used twice. First to login and again as the “Old Password” when prompted to change the password. New passwords must be at least "8 characters" long, have at least "1 special" character, "1 capital letter," and "1 number."

Locked account – If your account is locked, please email: TechSystemsSupport@ClarkCountyNV.gov for assistance. Resetting the password does not unlock your account.
