Contractors and project managers can create an account to monitor their projects and schedule inspections. You must register for an account and be a contact on the record to schedule inspections. Commercial fire inspections (fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and fire code) must be scheduled by e-mail at fireinspections@fremont.gov.

Online Inspection Scheduling
Anyone who is listed as a contact person on the permit/record can schedule a building inspection online. To add persons to a record so they can schedule an inspection online, an authorization form needs to be completed by the applicant.
