Resubmittal and revision documents must be uploaded as attachments to the original record that is being revised.

Complete the Revisions to Approved Plans Form by clicking here.
Find the Record/Permit # that you want to revise.
Select "Record Info", and select "Attachments"
Upload resubmittal and revision documents.
