Description:
Loud noise from late night concert at Ford Amphitheater on Spectrum Loop, Colorado Springs, CO. Concert did not even start until 9:30 pm. Now it is past 10:30 pm and we cannot sleep through the noise. It comes in through my house even with all the windows closed. Unable to sleep. This is way too loud. We live in Flying Horse, Saratoga Village. The noise is violating my private property. This noise is a hardship upon our living.
