Credit Card Processing Fee Notice

Effective February 1, 2026, a 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

All Commercial building applications must have a note on the cover page of the plan set that states the following:

"Separate applications for review by Fire required for: All Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Kitchen Hoods, Rack, Storage, Product height over 12 feet Storage and/or use of Hazardous Materials."
