Culver City is pleased to offer residents, businesses, and visitors access to permitting services online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To use ALL the services we provide you must register and create a user account. You can view information, get questions answered and access limited services as an anonymous user. We trust this will provide you with a new, higher level of service that makes living and working in Culver City convenient and informative.
Effective Friday December 5, 2025, all residential solar permits (PV & ESS) should be submitted through Symbium, the City’s automated compliance check platform.
Payments may be made in person at City Hall with the Finance Department (Mon-Fri, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; open alternating Fridays, including February 13) or by mailing a check or money order to 9770 Culver Blvd, Revenue Division, Culver City, CA 90232.
