No registration is required to view information.
Effective June 1, 2022, payment processing fees for online
transactions via Accela Citizen Access (ACA) will increase as follows:
- $3.30 fee for transactions $100 or less
- 3.3% fee for transactions over $100
Payment processing fees are required by the vendor and are
not collected or received by the City of Virginia Beach.
