Administers and interprets Zoning Code under R.C.G.O. Chapter 150; Collaborates with planning staff in implementation of the City’s land use plan in a manner which strengthens City as a place to live, work and invest. Housing Services also strive to arrest blight and nuisance conditions which erode neighborhood life quality through enforcement of the Public Nuisance Ordinance, Non-Residential Building Exterior Maintenance, Environmental Nuisances: Trees & Trash, Housing Ordinance, and Abandoned & Junk Vehicles.
