The Planning Division provides for the principal authorship of the Zoning Code (including maintenance of City’s Zoning Atlas. Develops strategies for implementation of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Facilitates public review of land use hearings and case deliberations, including Staff report preparation of: Conditional use and/or variance requests to the Board of Zoning.
