Denver's Permitting and Licensing Center

The City & County of Denver is in the process of updating its payment platform to a more modern, secure solution.
Please note: if your company has debit filters in place on the bank account used to make EFT payments to the City, this Company ID will change effective December 9, 2025. The new Company ID is 9990008222. If this company ID is not updated with your bank, EFTs may be returned "Not Authorized", and payment will need to be reissued accordingly.
If you have any questions about the payment process change or EFT filter adjustments, please contact us via email at Cashand.InvestmentAdministration@denvergov.org.

All Permitting Customers: The City & County of Denver charges a 2.5% service fee on eligible credit and debit card transactions to help offset the Cityโ€™s cost of processing these transactions. The service fee is non-refundable. This change will take effect for all ePermit online customers on December 9, 2025.
There are no fees for payments online by electronic check or for in-person payments via cash, check or money order.

  • Since review times vary by volume of projects received, static due dates in e-permits may not reflect the actual due date your project will be reviewed. To provide customers with the ability to estimate building permit review timelines (Log Record Reviews), we have developed an interactive dashboard that is updated daily. View the dashboard.
  • Please note that the green check mark indicates the step has been completed, not necessarily approved.
  • The hour glass indicates the review has not yet been completed.
