Denver's Permitting and Licensing Center

The City and County of Denver charges a 2.5% service fee on eligible credit and debit card transactions to help offset the City’s cost of processing these transactions. The service fee is non-refundable. This change will take effect for all ePermit online customers on December 9, 2025.

There are no fees for payments online by electronic check or for in-person payments via cash, check or money order.
