License renewals are only available through the Online Citizen Portal beginning 45 days prior to the license expiration date. The renewal option will not be visible or accessible in the portal before this timeframe.

Licenses that have already expired cannot be accessed or renewed through the Online Citizen Portal. Any renewal requests for expired license records must be handled directly at the Health Department.
