To look up a Licensed Professional (Contractor/Qualifier) enter criteria and click Search. All search criteria entered must match the record data, so a broader search works best. It is recommended to search by only a few fields. If you do not get results from a search:

    •     Ensure all of the search information is entered correctly.
    •     Try entering the License Number OR Name OR Business Name ONLY (you may also use "%" as a wildcard).
