Development Impact Fees will be changing on April 1, 2024. Per City Code, development impact fees are due at the time a permit is issued. All applications that are at awaiting payment status will need to be paid for, and permits issued prior to April 1, 2024. All permits issued on or after April 1, 2024 will be subject to the newly adopted development impact fees.
