Complaints can be submitted for the following violations:
Building Violations:
Includes construction or renovation without license or permit, construction trash, building setback/exterior elevations, building code violations, exterior lighting, buffers/encroachment, mud, swimming pool violations, and erosion from building
Code Enforcement Violations:
Includes business licenses, signs, property maintenance, and zoning violations.
Development Violations:
Includes erosion, runoff, construction noise and / or burning, property line disputes, road-building, curb/gutter damage, mud/tree hazards, zoning/stream buffer disturbance, fences, and site work without a permit
Fire Marshal Violations:
Illegal outdoor burning, locked or blocked exits, overcrowding, means of egress impeded, dangerous accumulations of combustible materials, fire alarm or suppression systems out of service, operating a business without a Certificate of Occupancy
