The Planning and Building Department provides “walk in” service at 3015 H. St. Mon - Fri from 8:30 AM- to 5:00 PM. Please note that no applications will be accepted after 4:00 pm and no payments will be accepted after 4:30. For those who prefer, telephone and email are options for addressing customer needs.
