Common ways to search are by...
- Record Number (Permit/Project number)
- Parcel/APN Number
- Street Number and Street Name
Select the search type from the drop-down list.
Search Notes:
- You can search by partial street names or parcel numbers.
- Start Date and End Date look at the Application/Creation Date of the Permit.
- Record Status refers to the Current record status. It will not include permits that previously had that status.
Important Security Notice: Phishing Email Alert
We have been informed that some customers who submitted a building permit application through the Accela Citizen Portal may receive a phishing email.
The subject line of the phishing email is "Outstanding Processing Fee Required Prior to Final Approval"
If you receive the email, we recommend updating your password in the Accela Citizen Portal, do not click on any links or download attachments, do not respond or provide any personal information, delete the email, and block the sender.
