Louisville Metro Emergency Services has reviewed Minor Plat Docket No. 26-MPLAT-0057, for 291 Harbison, LLC, located at 5004, 5100, 5104, 5106, 5108, 5112 & 5114 Maple Spring Drive and 10613 Preston Highway and we have the concerns listed below.
If this plat is to be recorded as a large format minor plat, 24" X 36", then prior to recording, a correctly locating COGO file of this plan will need to be submitted to the Office of Planning case manager and placed in the J:\subdivisions file for review.
Upon approval of this Minor Plat and the recording of the associated deeds, the owner/developer should contact our office to have addresses assigned for the resultant parcels. This request for addresses should be made well in advance of any request for permits to avoid delay in the permitting process.
