Fraudulent Email Alert – Do Not Send Payments via Email

Development Services has been made aware of fraudulent emails being sent to some customers that appear to come from Manatee County Planning Commissioners or Development Services staff.

Please note:

Manatee County staff will never request payment by email or wire transfer.
All official application and permit fees are paid directly through the Manatee County Accela Online Services at: https://aca-prod.accela.com/MANATEE/Default.aspx
If you receive any suspicious messages requesting payment, do not respond or send funds.
Official emails from Manatee County Government will always come from an @mymanatee.org email address. Official emails will not come from .gov, .usa, or .com email addresses
