- Residential Limited Plan Check (reroof, water heater, etc.)
- Building Pre-Application (for all other Building-related proposals, including Demolition and Grading Permits)
- Photovoltaic Real-Time (for solar projects that have been cleared through SolarAPP+)
- ADU Pre-Approval Review (for prototype plans, per AB 1332)
