Online permit applications are now being accepted for the following record types. To start an application, please click on "Create an Application" within the relevant module (Building, Planning, etc.). Applicable fees are charged and paid through the portal, at values specified in the Master Fee Schedule.

- Residential Limited Plan Check (reroof, water heater, etc.)
- Building Pre-Application (for all other Building-related proposals, including Demolition and Grading Permits)
- Photovoltaic Real-Time (for solar projects that have been cleared through SolarAPP+)
- ADU Pre-Approval Review (for prototype plans, per AB 1332)
