Building Pre-Construction inspection will be REQUIRED to be scheduled prior to footing.
As part of this inspection, the building inspector will go over required inspections, provide important contact information, and answer any additional questions you may have for the project.

You are required to have an approved Address/Parcel Verification prior to submitting any Commercial Building Permits and/or Multi-Family Building Permits (Excludes: Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, & Fire).
