Properties that are recorded with DNS will appear in the records list as “Property Registration”.

Search results will display all records associated with the specific property.
You can search the data below via any of the columns. For example, if you are looking for specific Record Types (the type of work or record for that line item), simply click on the Record Type column. All Record Types will then be grouped together.

Records converted from the legacy NSS system, will have a "-H" at the end EXAMPLE: (ORD-95-00142501-H - Violation)

General Search

All search criteria entered must match the record data. If the search criteria is not entered correctly, the record will not be found.

To search for an address, enter only the Street Number and Street Name. If the street name contains a "TH" or "ST", for example "1st" or "35th" you must enter the ST or TH.

The % sign works as a wild card search. For example, for Blue Mound Road you can use the % sign, %Blue% or Blue% and this will return all records with Blue.

Click on Look Up once the criteria has been entered or selected.
