Search Food Inspections: Food establishment inspection reports are available for inspections conducted January 2024, or after. For inspections conducted prior to January 2024, contact our office to submit a request for public records.
Search Septic As-Builts: As-built drawings and permits for septic systems are immediately available for many systems. If the search does not provide the information you need, please submit a Septic Search Request Form.
Submit a Septic Search Request Form: To obtain information on a permitted septic system, please complete this form. Searches are completed on a first come - first served basis. We will make every attempt to provide the requestor with the information within five days of receipt of the application. However, we reserve the right to allow for up to two weeks to respond.
Report a Public Health Concern: Public health concerns may be submitted here. The information provided will be evaluated to determine the level of threat to the public and district response.
