Project Description: | The proposal is for a new affordable workforce housing development. Five of the existing structures on the site will be
demolished to make way for a new mixed-use family housing structure. The new building will be five stories, with the first floor
podium to include the residential offices and community area along with 1330sf of retail space and parking. The upper four levels
will be 56 residential units of 24 one bedroom, 24 two-bedroom and 8 three-bedroom units. One of the two bedroom units to be
