This parcel is part of a 1000 Homes fee deferral project. 1. Intake: Before processing, contact Aric Jensen and Jeff Limpert for approval to start the application process. 2. Charge-out: Prior to issuing a permit, contact Aric Jensen and Jeff Limpert and provide them with an invoice of all fees due and place charge-out hold "waiting for approval from Grants and Fund Development Manager." 3. Issuance: Pay deferred fees using payment method "Deferral-1000 Homes". Customer pays the remaining fees. Contact Matthew Taylor and Lynnette Hamilton that payment has been made and permit has been issued. 4. C of O: Prior to C of O issuance or Final Inspection approval (mobile-homes), contact Aric Jensen and Jeff Limpert and wait for approval to issue.
