Effective March 13, 2026, at 4pm, Douglas County Community Development will no longer accept online applications via Accela ACA. Please email any questions to permitdesk@douglasnv.us. Please hold any non-emergency submittals until March 23, 2026.
For Douglas County on March 23, 2026, they will begin accepting applications in a new online permitting program, Oracle Permitting and Licensing (OPAL) which will be available at: OPAL Portal. You will need to register for an account prior to submitting in OPAL.
