The Fire Prevention Program is experiencing a staffing shortage and is actively working on filling vacancies. Permits that require fire review will be delayed by several weeks. Fire expects that timelines will be restored early next year.

Note regarding permit status . . .

Building Permits issued after January 2015 will have a status of "Finaled" when all inspections are complete. Older permits may still have a status of "Permit Issued". On these permits, please review the inspection history to verify all inspections are complete. Permit Revisions (example: 18REV-xxxxx) are related to a master Building Permit where all inspections are recorded. The parent permit can be found under "Related Records". Permit Revisions records are considered complete when in "Permit Issued" status.
