Holiday Hours Notice

The Development Center will be closed from December 24, 2025 to January 4, 2026, in observance of the winter holidays.

A new 2025 California Building and Fire Code cycle will come into effect on January 1, 2026. Building and Fire Applications for the current 2022 Building Code and Fire cycle will be accepted up until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. Please note that applications submitted in December may be delayed due to an anticipated increase in applications. Our Online Permitting System will reopen on Monday, January 5 at 8:00 AM. Thank you for your patience and we wish you a safe Holiday Season.
