By adding a professional license you may gain access to additional features in the Access Portal.

It may take up to 24 hours before you are able to access permits and reports linked to your license. Your professional license(s) must be verified by Pinellas County staff.

If you are adding a Contractor's License to your account, you will be required to upload a State issued ID. You may upload the State ID in the Attachments section of the Account Management page.

Authorized Agents: Only licensed contractors may link a license to their portal account.

Authorized agents/delegates wishing to access a contractor's permits and reports must first create a portal account and then be added to the contractor's account. Authorized agents/delegates cannot add an affiliated contractor's license to their portal account. Licenses added to an agent/delegate's account will be removed.

Select a license type (search license type by license number) and enter a license number to look up your license. Your license must be valid and active to be added to your Access Portal account. If your license does not display, contact the Agency.
