Rebates are available to eligible customers for
private sewer lateral inspections (100% for inspection costs up to $350) and rehabilitation or replacement of your private sewer lateral (50% up to $3,500). If you are an eligible customer trying to submit an application for a Private Sewer Lateral Rebate, click on create an application and select Private Sewer Lateral Rebate to begin your application process. All rebate applications must be received within 90 days of the work being completed or the application will be denied. For more information regarding eligibility, visit

Required Documents
The following outlines required files that will be needed to process your application.
Failure to upload any of the required files will result in your application being denied or delayed in processing:
If you are applying for a
video inspection rebate only, you must upload the following to complete the application:
- PDF version of the Private Sewer Lateral Video Inspection form completed by your plumber
- Plumber’s receipt
- CCTV Video inspection
If you are applying for a
lateral rehabilitation or replacement, you must upload the following to complete the application:
- PDF version of the Private Sewer Lateral Video Inspection form signed by your plumber
- Plumber’s receipt
- CCTV Video inspection
- Completed plumbing final inspection form provided by your city or county building department
Note: you do not need to resubmit items 1 or 3 (Inspection form or video file) if you already submitted these as part of the inspection rebate process above and were approved for that rebate.
If you are applying for the
inspection and lateral replacement together, you must upload the following to complete the application:
- PDF version of the Private Sewer Lateral Video Inspection form signed by your plumber
- Plumber’s receipt for the video inspection
- Plumber’s receipt for the replacement
- CCTV Video inspection
- Completed plumbing final inspection form provided by your city or county building department
Begin a Search by entering in the least amount of information for one or two of the search fields. We recommend starting with an address number and street, then selecting the Search button. You only need to enter information in one field to begin a search. Then select the parcel that matches your project site.
Additionally, to refine your Search go to the General Search to the right and select the search type from the drop-down list.
