How to Search for Permit Records

1. Enter any following information below to search for records (the less the better):
• Site Address/Parcel (Enter in ONLY street number and street name, best results: street number only)
• Permit Number

• Name of Business (Contractor)
2. Change the Start Date to desired record history
3. Select the Search at the bottom

Permit Status Definitions
Issued: A permit application has been submitted and plan review completed, if applicable. All fees have been paid.

Closed: An issued permit from a previous City software system. These permits are not eligible for inspections, but are available for public viewing for documentation and review purposes only.

Finaled: An issued permit where all required inspections have been approved and completed.

Expired: A permit was issued, but work did not commence within 180 days of issuance or the work has been abandoned or suspended for more than 180 days.
