A public haring to review a request to split three parcels (1100 G Street, 1104 G Street, and 709 11th Street) into seven new lots and construct seven new single-family townhouses ranging from 1,310 to 1,715 square feet, with three attached and two detached accessory dwelling units, ranging from 405 to 600 square feet. The project is located within the Multi-Unit Dwelling Zone and the Central City Special Planning District (R-3A-SPD). The parcels at 1100-1104 G Street are considered non-contributing resources to the Alkali Flat South Historic District. No buildings exist on any of the three parcels, and 1100-1104 G Street are developed with a surface parking lot.
