Scammers impersonating city planning/permitting staff and demanding payment.  Never send money through wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or peer-to-peer payment apps unless independently verified. The City of Santa Rosa does not accept these payment methods.  Any attempt to collect fees in this way should be considered fraudulent.
