Possible Zoning Mistake

The text of the Midcoast LCP Update Program contains an ordinance rezoning the COSC to EG/DR. This parcel contained both COSC and C-1/S-3/DR. The text itself says that only the COSC was to be rezoned EG, but the exhibit shows the entire parcel rezoned to EG, including the C-1 portion. I will raise this issue with the Director and write the final decision into a parcel tag.
