For all searches that are not appearing that could contain punctuation, please use the following instructions using our WildCard (%) format:

%key- This example would bring up all searches that have the word “key” at the end of the business name or last name of a person. (“Lock and Key”)
Ke%y- This example would bring up all the searches that have “ke” first and then the “y” last. (“KENNY COMPANY”)
K%ey- This example would bring up all searches that have the “k” first and then the “ey” last. (“KENNY & COVEY”)
R&%- This example would be if we wanted to see if this company was in the system as “R&R” or “R & R”. (“R&R HANDYMAN)
R(space)%- This example would bring up all companies that have a space between the letters. (“R R R ENTERPRISES INC”)
R.%- This example would bring up all companies that have a period after the first letter. (“R. R. BEHAN CONTRACTING INC”)
