Please be aware! Scammers have been calling Accela users impersonating City of Tampa employees. They advise that the Accela system has glitched, a recent payment did not process, and ask for the full credit card information to make the payment again.

Please remember that the City of Tampa will never ask you for your full credit card information or to make a payment over the phone, via email, or text message.
